About Us
Santa Fe Doorways is a group of community members who gather on a monthly basis to provide education and awareness regarding end-of-life concerns and quality-of-life in our latter years. We invite dialogue on the deeper meaning of life’s final phase. We offer meetings and presentations which are free and open to the public. Time is always allotted for lively discussion. You are welcome to attend!

Who We Are
|
We are administered by a group of committed volunteers, who gather together as a steering committee to collaborate on the selection of different monthly topics and speakers. Our mission is to improve end-of-life care in Northern New Mexico through public education and awareness.

Our History |
Santa Fe Doorways was founded in 2002 by a group of concerned professionals working in end-of-life care. We are a 501 C3, whose original funding came from a grant to Janet Schreiber, PhD, from the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation organization, and now exists through the auspices of Southwestern College. Since the original grant, Doorways has been funded solely by donations from participants.
